From Route 9, Route 30, and Mass Pike/Westbound (Go West off Rte 30 exit):

Go North on Route 126, and stay straight on Concord Street when 126 turns Right, continue past the blinking yellow light at Watson Place. Take a left into the next driveway at the Carpet Mill Outlet Store (across the street from the Saxonville Village apartments) into the Saxonville Mill complex. Go past the Carpet Mill Outlet Store--our door is at the end of the building on the right, marked with our flag. Drop-off passengers in front of our door.

From Route 20:

Go South on Landham Road off of Rte. 20 to the light at the intersection of Concord Street and Central Street in the Saxonville Area of Framingham. You will see the red brick Mill Buildings at that intersection. (Landham Road turns into Elm and then Concord Street, but is the same road).

Continue through the intersection and look for the entry into the Mill complex on the right at the Carpet Mill Outlet Store (which comes up immediately). Turn Right and go past the door to the Carpet Mill Outlet Store. Look for our flag at the end of the building on the right. Drop-off passengers in front of our door.

ACCESSIBILITY: We are on the second floor, and there is no dedicated elevator. If someone in your party cannot manage the stairs, please ring the bell and one of us will come down and help access our studios via the building’s freight elevator in the back of the building).

PARKING: If you're coming to Open Studios, there will be signs directing you to park in the large free parking lot at the end of Watson Place.

Do not park in the marked spaces of other businesses. Unmarked parking spaces may be used for those dropping off passengers needing assistance.
